Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, absolutely. We have a shipping rate according to your location. Some countries have import duties, these are your responsibility if applicable.
How are your clothes shipped?
Everything is packed into a sturdy box and then enclosed in a waterproof plastic delivery bag. The 'From' is recorded as GJE Trading and 'Description' is Product, so your privacy is protected all the way.
Do you accept Returns?
Yes we do, provided the Corvella tag has not been removed. Because this is a small business, we do charge a 10% restocking fee. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your package and we will guide you through the return process.
What payment methods do you accept?
All transactions are handled through 'Stripe'. This will appear on your statement as "Stripe - GJE Trading". We have no direct information on your bank/card details.
Do you earn income from product links on your website?
Yes — occasionally. Corvella is still a start-up, and at the moment, our running costs are higher than the revenue. To help keep the website online and growing, we sometimes use affiliate links. That means if you click on a product link and decide to make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
