Payment

  • All prices are shown in Euro (€).

  • We currently accept payments via Stripe only.  We have no access to your bank or card details. 

  • Charges will appear under the name GJE Trading.

  • We are not VAT registered at this time.

  • Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship both within Ireland and internationally.

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 working day of purchase.

  • International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties or import taxes charged in their country.

  • Once your parcel has been handed to the postal service, delivery times may vary depending on location.  We will do our best to keep you informed of your parcels progress.

5. Returns & Refunds

We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if you’re not completely happy, you can return it.

  • We need to be notified within 3 days of receipt of your parcel, so we can start the process.

  • You then have14 days from the delivery to get your parcel back to us.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn and with any tags still attached.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected.
