Preloved Pieces

I know how tough it can be to find clothes that actually fit right - especially when those standard label sizes are just so hit or miss. That's why every single item in Corvella Preloved Collection has been carefully measured, with all the details laid bare so you can pick with a bit more confidence. I have created a Blog post showing you how to take your personal measurements and how to pick the pieces that will certainly fit your beautiful feminine shape.  You'll get to see the front, side and back of each piece, all with a bit of styling to get those creative juices flowing and inspire you to put together a look that's uniquely you.

Every order of ours goes out in plain, unobtrusive packaging,  with the sender just listed as GJE Trading,  your right to stay private is just as important as your right to look amazing.

The thing is, I really want shopping here to feel just as easy as it can be - and reassuring, too.  So if something isn't exactly as its seems, don't worry, returns are accepted with a gentle hand and a small restocking fee to keep this service going.

These pieces have a history - now they're ready to become part of your own story.  Unless new with tags, each piece is professionally cleaned and pressed.

Before you begin, please take the time to take your personal female measurements, there is a helpful blog, which will guide you through the process, it's quick and simple and will make a huge difference to your confidence in choosing items.

How to Use Your Personal Measurements when buying Corvella Clothes - Understanding Fabric & Fit

Fabrics come in all sorts of textures and finishes, but the key thing to know is this:
woven fabrics have little to no stretch, while those with a touch of elastane have some give and move with your body.

Once you’ve taken your circumference measurements — bust, waist, hips, and bicep — it’s time to think about ease.
Ease simply means a little extra room so you can move comfortably, sit without strain, and avoid seams feeling tight.

As a guide, add around 2 inches (5 cm) to your body measurement when choosing woven (non-stretch) clothing.
For example, if your bust measures 42" (106 cm), look for woven pieces that measure around 44" (111 cm) at the bust.

👉 And here’s the really important bit:
Use that same rule of thumb for every circumference measurement — bust, waist, hips, and bicep.
It’s no good if the bust fits beautifully but the waist or sleeve feels snug. Each part of your garment should give you freedom to move and feel fabulous.

If the fabric has stretch (contains elastane or spandex), you can usually go with your actual measurements — the material will flex and shape with you.

Because great fit isn’t just about numbers — it’s about feeling confident, comfortable, and completely yourself. 💜
